We get it — weather is unpredictable! If rain or strong wind (15+ mph) is in the forecast, we’ll reach out the day before your event to talk through options. You’ll have the opportunity to reschedule within 60 days with no penalty, and your deposit will transfer to the new date. If weather prevents us from delivering your rental, we’ll issue a full refund. Your safety is our top priority!

To reserve your inflatable, we require a 20% nonrefundable deposit. This goes toward your total rental cost. The remaining balance is due by 9:00 AM the day before your event, and we’ll text you a payment link to make it easy.

We offer 4-hour, 6-hour, and 8-hour rental options directly on our website for your convenience. If you’re looking to book an overnight or multi-day rental, we’ve got you covered too! Just reach out to us directly, and we’ll be happy to arrange it manually.

Nope — delivery is completely free within our service area! That includes setup, takedown, and a quick walkthrough to make sure everything is just right before we leave.
